Quirk Description:
User is capable of processing all information on technology through a touch, the older the machine is makes it easier to "hack" into, however, it is not impossible for the User to gather information from newer tech - just that it simply takes longer. Extended use of this Quirk can cause the nervous system to short circuit, nerve death is entirely possible without proper control and training. Any tech that is connected to the one the user touches (even indirectly such as through Wifi) is subject to the User's Quirk as well, the range only lasting around five yards at the current time. Awakening will allow the User to gain another massive boost of power, and city-wide control isn't improbable once this occurs.
